In Mindfulness, as in all the activities that aim to a goal, consistency is crucial. It doesn’t matter if results don’t come immediately, or if it will take time, or if sometimes I will be disappointed: it is important to keep pushing and being committed, and sooner or later something or someone will open the window to see who’s knocking with such persistency.
