Have you ever noticed that when you have nothing to do you immediately try to fill the empty space with something? For example, when you are waiting for someone or you are alone at lunch… normally you take the phone and call someone, or text your friends, or check facebook, etc.

We will talk about this topic (and much more) on the 4th of May, at 20pm CEST (more details to come) when I will be live to discuss with you about HOW TO FACE AND OVERCOME STRESS, ANXIETY AND FEAR. In the meantime, try… and let me know how it goes.
