In a week or so I will be live and believe me I’m really excited about it!
When I talk about Mindfulness and I explain that it is a breath-based practice to gain more focus and to be able to live emotions in a different and healthier way, I normally get one of the following two kinds of reactions: either “Is it really so easy? Just breathing?” or “I feel it is too complicated for me”.
My answer is similar to this post’s title: “Mindfulness is easy to practice; you just need commitment and consistency, and results will follow”. I am a living proof and with me a lot of people who attended my courses and who learned to face emotions in an healthier and positive way.
