Seeing things from a new point of view has always been the ideal solution for many people (in many situations): for those who want to create something new; for those who search for a solution; for those who need a change in their lives.

Have you ever had the impression of “tilting at windmills”? Usually, it happens when you have fought against the same monsters for all your life; you didn’t manage to defeat them, and you got the impression of not being able to succeed, so you gave up.

Sometimes a change of perspective is really what you need, and Mindfulness is exactly this; a change of perspective with regard to the emotions that we consider “problems” and to the most effective ways to overcome them.
