How many times in your life have you said things like “time flies today!” or “my son is grown up and it seems like yesterday that he was born, what did I loose?”; how many times have you been distracted while others were talking to you? How many days have you spent just waiting for the weekend to begin?
In all these cases, you haven’t lived mindfully, sometimes on purpose, sometimes without even being aware.

One of the main characteristics of Mindfulness is being mindful in what we do and in living the present. Paying attention to everything you do, to how you do it, to what you think, to what people tell you or ask you is a radical change of perspective (remember yesterday’s post?) towards a whole, fulfilling and mindful life.

How can you get what you want if you don’t appreciate mindfully what you have?
