Until now we have talked about surfing the waves, breathing, being mindful, living the present moment… but none of these is doable if you don’t have an open mind.

An open mind can accept that there are other ways to live a fulfilled life and that we can change; but an open mind is first and foremost a mind that accepts, that tries, that puts itself out there, even if a suggested solution seems too easy and obvious to work.
