Jon Kabat-Zinn has been able, in just 10 simple but enlightened word, to sum up the essence of Mindfulness (he indeed was the founder of this practice).

I am starting today a 15-days-path (+1 for the final surprise) in Mindfulness, to let you understand what it is, why I teach it and how it dramatically changed my life (as well as the life of many others in the world).

Today I just want to leave you with this quote: I hope it can be your mantra (at least for today), and I hope it will raise your curiosity, interest and questions on the topic (keep them all for the following days).
